NYC Broadway Trip ~ Come From Away

Every Adult, Student, & Child Must have a completed & signed permission slip to board the bus & attend the trip. Please contact Felicia Friedman if there are any questions.
Date & Time –April 29, 2018– Please arrive to school by 6:45 to load the bus & depart on time. Depart AHS 7:00am and Return to AHS approximately 11:30pm. We will leave on time & there are no refunds.
Cost - $95.00 Please make checks payable to AHS Drama Boosters. (For PayPal, use the “Friends and Family Option” to avoid fees)
This includes the show ticket, bus transportation, and a light breakfast on the bus on the way up.
Lunch & Dinner are Not Included, bring money. NYC food prices vary. People can spend $30 if they make very frugal choices ($15 per meal) on up to $80 or more.
Drama Students & Chaperones will have roughly 4 hours to explore NYC / Times Square Area and purchase lunch prior to the show.
The Show begins at 3:00pm and you should be in line to get in no later than 2:40.
The Bus may make a quick restroom stop at a rest stop in both directions on this trip – this is a very quick stop and is not to purchase food.
You may bring snacks for the bus ride and you may leave things on the bus during the day.

Know before you go ~ The following are some restaurants, museums, and attractions that might be of interest to you, and will help you determine how much extra money you should bring for the trip.
Restaurants – Ellen’s Stardust, The Counter Times Square, Buca di Beppo, Shake Shack, Carmine’s, Sardi’s, John’s Pizzeria of Time Square, Westway, Subway, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
Museums & Attractions – Times Square Visitor Center & Museum Exhibits, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, M&M World, Hershey Store, Toys R Us Ferris Wheel, Forever 21.
The Drama Bookshop (LOTS of scripts, magazines, postcards, books about all phases of acting, tech, music, and theatre production)
