NYC Broadway Trip ~ The Great Comet

Every Adult, Student, & Child Must have a completed & signed permission slip to board the bus & attend the trip. Please contact Jeff Goldstein if there are any questions.
Date & Time – April 2nd, 2017 – Depart AHS 7:00am and Return to AHS 11:30pm. Please arrive early to load the bus & depart on time. We will leave on Time & there are No refunds.
Cost - $90.00 ($93.00 via paypal) which includes the show ticket, bus transportation, and a light breakfast on the bus on the way up.
Lunch & Dinner is Not Included. We recommend a minimum of $50.00 on the day of the trip for food money.
Drama Students & Chaperones will have roughly 4 hours to explore NYC / Times Square Area and purchase lunch prior to the show. The Show begins at 3:00pm.
The Bus may make a quick restroom stop at a rest stop in both directions on this trip – this is a very quick stop and is Not to purchase food.
You may bring snacks for the bus ride with you.

Know before you go ~
We have approx.. 4 hours prior to the show to eat lunch and sightsee in NYC. The following are some restaurants, museums, and attractions that might be of interest to you, and will help you determine how much extra money you should bring for the trip. On your permission slip please include a restaurant or attraction or two that you’d be interested in along with a friend or two which will help when putting student groups and chaperones together.
Restaurants – Ellen’s Stardust, The Counter Times Square, Buca di Beppo, Shake Shack, Carmine’s, Sardis, John’s Pizzeria of Time Square, Westway, Subway, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
Museums & Attractions – Times Square Visitor Center & Museum Exhibits, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, M&M World, Hershey Store, Toys R Us Ferris Wheel, Forever 21.
